Returns & Exchanges

At Abbot's Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
